Beginning in 1961 Town & Country has been active in the business of developing land, building homes and subdivisions, managing residential and commercial rental property and operating a commercial/industrial construction company. We also assist clients in buying and selling investment real estate properties.

As developers Town & Country played an active role in numerous residential subdivisions in Greenwood County, including Chinquapin, Timberlake, Belle Meade, Windtree, Pinehurst, Highland Forest, McKellar Farms and Gatewood. Developments in other areas of South Carolina include Wexford in Anderson, Wyboo Plantation in Manning and Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island. Commercial operations include North Creek Shopping Plaza, The Textile Building, Heritage Square and A & M Distribution Center.

The property management, service department and construction operations have grown to the level where the company manages over 1200 units of residential, commercial and industrial property. Our commercial/industrial construction company clients include Self Regional HealthCare, FujiFilm Inc., Capsugel, Greenwood Development, Capital Bank, Piedmont Technical College and SCDOT.
